Example Sale: You bring the camera (and box to
ship it in) and fill out my eBay Listing Form with details of the camera (and items that
go with it), its value, and date and sign the form (we both will have a copy). I will hold your item(s) at my residence (I am insured) so I can follow through with the sale. I take photos of your item(s), and list your item at a $1.00-4.95 starting bid on a 7-day auction (or Buy-It-Now/BIN for $1 more), and I pay all eBay listing fees (whether it sells or not). Let's say your item sells for $150 on eBay auction, then the buying customer pays me with Paypal (I pay all paypal fees). Good news - the buyer pays all estimated shipping costs (if I underestimate I will eat the cost). I also do not ship until payment has been received in full. I box and ship your item to the customer (however, if you have any original boxes or packing material for your item(s) that would be great as this can get expensive). I pay you $105 (your 70% commission fee) via check, cash, or Paypal and will generate a payment receipt for you within 7 days after customer's payment is received in full.
The example above is a very typical sale and I have done this both professionally and for my business and others for over 9 years. If you have any further questions, or I can help you sell your item(s) let me know! Contact Sharon by email or by calling

POLICIES: NOTE: I must inspect all items prior to listing to be sure they meet minimum standards of quality, are in working order, and are as described. $100 (eBay value) mininum requirement (worth/value of your item(s)) in order to start an auction. $15 auction listing fees are non-refundable unless the auction/sale has not been started. Auctions can be cancelled according to eBay policy. Occasionally items do not sell - we can update any listing descriptions or BIN prices (if applicable) and relist the item for a $5 relisting fee (per sale). Craigslist for local items is also sometimes preferred for certain types of items (I will let you know if so), however, you will have to do that yourself as the customer would have to pick up the item from you (I do not want strangers coming to my house due to the problems with Craigslist). Adding a BIN button to the auction costs $1 extra - please note that it just gives customers the option to Buy-It-Now at a set price, but once someone bids on the auction, the BIN button goes away; alternatively, if someone buys the item at the BIN price, then the auction goes away and the item is considered sold. OPTIONAL Reserve prices (charged by eBay) is $2 (up to a $200 value and/or 1% of anything over $200) - reserve prices are a kind of insurance to ensure that your item will not sell below a certain amount that you set... WARNING! IF YOU SET YOUR RESERVE TOO HIGH THE ITEM HAS A H-I-G-H RISK OF NOT SELLING AT ALL! I have seen this happen over and over because the owner of the item(s) get too greedy and put their reserve amounts too high. Then they have to pay another $5 to relist the auction and start over, also paying another reserve fee on top of it, which ultimately reduces the profit if it sells. Reserves should only be used in rare circumstances, and should be the absolute ROCK BOTTOM price you are willing to accept for the item(s). I personally suggest, instead (and if your lowest price is low enough), to just start the item(s) off in an auction and start the bidding amount out at the "reserve price" you would set for it anyway. It's less costly that way, although doesn't get as many people bidding either, so it is kind of a trade off. Example: An item worth $3,000 could start out at a $2,000 starting bid, OR you could pay $20 for a reserve to start out the auction at $1 to get people bidding sooner, and if the price does not reach or exceed the $2,000 reserve price it cancels the auction. However, IT IS MY POLICY TO LIST THE RESERVE PRICE IN THE AUCTION AD so people know what to expect, and reduce the amount of email questions from multiple customers. This technique has helped some of our Chihuly Glass art sales actually win at the reserve price rather than not selling at all because the bids did not go high enough (the market is tough right now for all collectables, but Chihuly has done amazingly well, despite that. If your item is large, or odd-shaped, or hard to find a box for, then I may have to charge extra for a box and packing material in order to ship it to the customer, which would have to be decided upon at the time the Listing Form is filled out and payment is received for listing the item(s) on eBay. Artwork is typically sent through UPS or FedEx since they have special "art boxes" to help protect the item(s), which costs more for the buyer. Art, like collectibles, do not usually sell well in this market economy; however, it may sell okay if the art is by someone famous, has a signature, is numbered, and has has a certificate. Without these, or at least a few of these features, it is not likely to sell. I do not give appraisals. I am not an art dealer, nor an antique dealer, or such, so cannot tell you what your item(s) is/are worth! However, I can help you research the what you want to sell at no cost to find out its going value online at eBay.com or other similar sites, and whether it is an item that is selling like hot cakes or whether it may not be worth your time to list it. I only make money if you make money! *I reserve the right to refuse any item(s) for any reason If you have any questions... do
not hesitate to ask!
