RULES: Legitimate links/ads only. No crude, innappropriate, or sexual content, or links to sites containing such content*

Linked Text Ads (backlinks) placed into my website: $30 for three links (you or I choose where*) for 3 months (renewable) - or $50 for three links for 1 year per page (additional years: 20% off 2nd year, 3+ years 30% off)
Example: 3 links first year $50, same 3 links 2nd year $40 (20% off), same 3 links 3rd and subsequent years $25/yr (30% off) = $115 total for 3 links for 3 years on one webpage (excludes P3 rated pages, prices triple for P3 rated webpages).

Additional discounts on multiple pages: 2-5 pages 10% off on pricing named above (from total), 6-15 pages 20%off, 16-30 pages 30% off, 31+ pages 40% off.
Example: You want links on 36 pages -
Original 3 links for 3 years on first page = $115.00 (price includes 20% and 30% discount on multi-years) plus
pages 2-5 for 3 years (10% off) =              $103.50 x 4 pgs = $414.00 plus
pages 6-15 for 3 yrs (20% off) =                $ 92.00 x 10 pgs = $920.00 plus
pages 16-30 for 3 yrs (30% off) =              $ 80.50 x 15 pgs = $1,207.50 plus
pages 31-36 for 3 yrs (40% off) =              $ 69.00 x 6 pgs =    $414.00
TOTAL for all 36 pages of 3 textlinks per page =                     $3,070.50 Total (average cost per page (3 links each) = $85.29 (3 years), or $28.43 (per year))

Linked Graphic Ads placed on my site: $50 to create* (150x75 pixels standard, and $1/pixel thereafter) for 1 month
Monthly Fees for Graphic Ads: $25/month placement on my website* (standard size, plus $.25cents/pixel therafter per month for larger ads)

Change Fees: $20 per change in graphics/text ads on original graphic/text ad*

I do not do link exchanges!

Create Simple Graphic Ad (you place): $50 to create* (150x75 pixels standard, and $1/pixel thereafter)

Photographic Graphic Ad (you place): $75 to create* (150x150 pixels standard, and $1/pixel therafter)

Graphic Art Ad (you place): $100 to create* (hand drawn on with computer graphic programs - 150x75 pixels standard, and $1/pixel therafter)

Linked Text Ads (I research and place on other sites I choose only*): $50 each text ad placed for 6 months (requested duration, depends on website as to duration)

Change Fees: $20 per change in graphics/text ads on original graphic/text ad* - a "change" is in a single word, font change, deletion of item, single color add/removal, or other single item alteration.

Website Creation/Management

NOTE: This is for simple sites in visual WYSIWYG (no HTML/Java/Perl/Flash, etc.) only - up to 10 or so pages

I work directly with you to help create the site, choose layout/design and interior/exterior links, can take pictures or use photos you have (must not be copyrighted outside of your company or used w/o permission), and provide assistance each step of the way.

This kind of website is better for people who want their own website but do not change it very often. If you want to SELL items on your site, you will need constant site monitoring/maintenance, which costs more, or a different format altogether, depending. Choose your own domain & site host and I can maintain or I can host/maintain it for a fee.

$500 for a 4-page website (includes design, & construction of title, links, simple graphics/photos, your information, no ads, htm format)*

$100 each additional page therafter (same page descriptions as above)*

$1,000 for a 10-page website (includes same page items as the "4-page" site description above)*

I provide a permanent copy of all pages and graphics to you on CD!

Site Changes: $20 per change (a "change is in a single word, font change, deletion of item, single color add/removal, or other single item alteration)*

Domain name search and 1-year purchase in your company's name (you must provide email address/contact info - you maintain renewal rights & responsibilities)*: $50

Webserver/Web Host (where your website "sits" on the Internet for people to see):
$100 set-up fee (includes domain pointing and server space for your pages, plus
$50 per month (includes up to 4 changes/additions/deletions per month. Additional changes subject to standard change fee)
Site hosted at my webserver only, for 4+ page websites.

Upload your webpages to your own server: $100 one-time fee (does not include future changes or pages)*

*I reserve the right to refuse any work or service offered (by me or you) for any reason
